Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

Very nice apartment with all amenities inside and out. Beach 5 minutes away. Really not disappointed! Small downside: the daylight comes in very easily due to the lack of blackout curtains. Bring a mask for the most sensitive and earplugs (apartment at the foot of the train tracks)

Our family of 14 adults and children enjoyed a memorable week at Villa Nirvana. The beauty and comfort of the home, the perfect location, and the positive staff response to our every need was amazing! Hello Homes staff communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. They managed transport for our large group, dealt with our last minute requests positively, and helped us to secure bicycles! We will come again and again. Our memories of Sitges are so wonderful from this excellent home. Gracias Hello Homes!

Very friendly and responsive staff. Apartment was exceptionally clean in a great location - a few minutes walk to the beach and to the main shopping areas in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well-appointed. Note: there are no pantry food staples supplied, such as salt, tea or coffee, and no toiletries offered (as is common in Europe). We arranged for transportation to the airport through Hello Homes and they made it very easy. The driver arrived a few minutes early and texted to notify us of his arrival. Staying at la Gioia 3 Sitges was very disappointing. The apartment was fdirty. The couch was looking dirty and a bedsheed had to coverup damages at the couch. Even the tables where covert with dust. The rail for the curtains wasn’t installed proparly. A chair at the dining table was broken en covert with rust. On the terras there where to chair that couldn’t be used, broken en dirty. Also the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Behind the toilet even discusting. There wasn’t that much light and one of them even broken. The bedroom had also dustclouds....
