Local Work, Global World
Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views, and we particularly enjoyed using the pool, which we were lucky enough to have almost entirely to ourselves. The only suggestion we would make for improvement would be to provide a small welcome book with useful information, such as the location of the pool, the Wi-Fi code, nearby supermarkets, and recommendations for local restaurants. That said,...

A beautiful residence in the city center, just steps from the beach. The apartment is very pleasant and quiet. We had a wonderful 10-day stay. We will be back next year to the same residence.

If it weren't for the fact that we had to go back and forth to the agency for the first three days because the keys didn't work, everything would have been perfect. The house has all the comforts a tourist could ask for and it really deserves a 5-star rating! But the first few days (3 days out of 7...) were really stressful because of the key problem, this is really not good. I hope you can improve on this aspect.

We were met at the apartment at the time we said we would arrive. Unfortunately I can’t remember the man’s name. He helped with our luggage. Showed us around the apartment and explained the check out procedure. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the views from the balcony were spectacular. The responses from the Hello homes team were always very prompt. Thank you, I would definitely book again using Hello homes.
