Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. People genuinely need to know what they are paying for before booking Masia Las Torres under Hello Homes Sitges management. This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. We were 9 people staying in the house and from the second we arrived it was obvious the property is extremely old, neglected, and very poorly maintained. Never again. Supposedly a 24/7 help hotline. We couldn't check in due to noone replying from 4 pm till two at night. Not by Mail, nor WhatsApp or normal call. We were waiting in the street, trying all kinds to solve that situation with patience. In the end locals helped to find the building. The apartment was not cleaned well, bedding was missing , hair in the bathroom, only one toilet paper for a week and a family of 7. they switched off electricity to put pressure on us after we have reported issues with air bnb. This hotel is the nicest place I have ever stayed it’s immaculate the Desighn of the rooms and lofts are exquisite it’s done to a very high standard with all the little touches that make your stay amazing dressing gowns slippers throws hairdryer umbrella coffee machine nothing is too much they attend to your every need. 10 minutes walk to San Sebastián beach and restaurants. Very close to marina restaurants. 20 mins to centre of Sitges. Very well equipped apartment. Very helpful staff.
