Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

Nico and Lorena are a dream team, helping us through every step of the process, and they continue to do so now that everything has been signed for. Their communication is perfect, they are more knowledgeable than they need to be, and they will go beyond the call of duty to assist in any way they can. On top of this, they are absolutely wonderful people, who we look forward to many more glasses of cava with :)

Be careful if you rent from Hello Homes. They have a few rotten rental units. Warning, do not rent la Gioia 3. It’s terribly dirty and poorly maintained. Furniture is falling apart, light bulbs burnt out, no mattress topper, shower leaks. We complained of these issues - Hello Homes sent a cleaner (who did an inadequate job) and sent a maintenance person who changed 4/5 bulbs. They also refunded the cleaning fee which amounted to only 3% of the total rental price we paid. So while they are somewhat responsive, it took numerous calls and WhatsApp...

They are exceptional professionals and their treatment is excellent. They have managed the sale of my home with unusual interest. At all times, they have been available to carry out the purchase and sale, they have even contacted outside of working hours in order to expedite the procedures. Without a doubt, I would hire their services again because they have been unbeatable.
