Penthouse Los Condes

Our Los Condes penthouse has 90 m2 of spectacular terrace with sea views .

There are those who enjoy a quiet rest after the beach, to recharge their batteries and to go out to dinner. This is the ideal place.

The Los Molins neighborhood is one of the quietest areas of Sitges. It is residential, all houses and private buildings make for one of the most serene neighborhoods. Carrefour and Condis supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away.

Sitges train station, Balmins beach and San Sebastián are 15 minutes walk from the apartment.

The penthouse is on the third floor with an elevator.

There is also optional private covered parking (request required) waiting for your car.

You leave the car in your parking lot, take the elevator, third floor and open the doors of heaven. The fresh air and light coming in from the terrace is the highlight of our beautiful penthouse.

We enter the living-dining room, which has a work area separated from the rest, ideal for those who combine vacations with work. The living room is very spacious, cozy and deliciously decorated with a perfectly soft sofa.

The living room is integrated with the kitchen and dining room with large windows that take us to the spectacular terrace.

The kitchen is very comfortable and fully equipped, it has beautiful mountain views and access to a rear balcony with a washing machine, perfect for hanging clothes and towels after the beach.

In the living room there is a flat screen TV, wifi, air conditioning, stereo, DVD, dining table with chairs. It is a very functional and practical space.

We return to the terrace, it is the protagonist. It has 90 m2 and is equipped with a large table, chairs, and several hammocks to enjoy the sun all day. There are also independent electric awnings, to provide shade on some parts of the terrace.

The main room has a 1.60x2 m double bed. It also has access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a 1.20x2 m bed. and exit to another rear balcony. This bed is ideal for those who need to sleep with more space, or for 2 small children sharing the bed.

There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but the one in the living room is usually enough to cool the entire apartment.

The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and has a window to the outside.

The price of parking has an extra cost of €10/day, to be paid at check-in.

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
