Description of the property

Apartment Llagut

Charming apartment in the heart of the port. This two-story apartment is located in a very privileged and special area of Sitges, this area is the port of Sitges.

The port has a lot of life during the day, its terraces have atmosphere and all the restaurants offer excellent food for all tastes and prices. The captain's tower is the most characteristic building of the port, which is located a few steps from the apartment.

The apartment is comfortable and practical. On the ground floor there is a small living room with a sofa bed and two single beds in a bunk bed that folds and closes against the wall. The kitchen is integrated and equipped with air conditioning. The bathroom was renovated two years ago.

At the top we have the fantastic roof terrace to enjoy the picturesque views of the port streets. An idyllic space to relax and have a glass of wine. At dusk you can feel the sea breeze and if a little air blows you can hear the relaxing noise of the boat ropes slamming the masts of the boats.

This apartment is comfortable and perfect for couples or families with children.

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
