Mediterranean Seaview Apartment

Spectacular apartment 2 minutes walk from Sitges beach, with sea views and in an urbanization with three community pools and garden.

This apartment is located on the Paseo Marítimo of Sitges, and from its terrace, ideal for breakfast or long meals, it has spectacular views of the sea, from where you can enjoy the sunsets.

It has capacity for 4 people, since the apartment is divided into a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a living-dining room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen is integrated into the living room, and has everything you need for your stay (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kitchenware, coffee maker...). The spacious bathroom has a large shower. In addition, the apartment has a washing machine.

The entire apartment has WiFi and air conditioning.

It is ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy a few relaxing days on vacation, as it is located two steps from the beach, a 3-minute walk from the center of Sitges and its shops, and has several nearby restaurants with different gastronomic offers.

Furthermore, within the complex you can use the 3 community pools and its large garden.

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
